Your Rights

You have the right to request a copy of all personal data we hold about you. This includes your account information, travel itineraries, uploaded documents, and any other data associated with your profile. Upon receiving your request, we will provide a comprehensive copy of your data in a commonly used electronic format within one month.

You have the right to have inaccurate personal data corrected and incomplete data completed. You can update most of your profile information directly through the Application's settings. If there is data you are unable to modify yourself, please contact us and we will make the necessary corrections promptly and without undue delay.

You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data and the closure of your account. When you exercise this right, all your personal data, travel itineraries, uploaded documents, and associated information will be permanently and irreversibly deleted from our systems within a maximum period of 30 days. This action cannot be undone.

You have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format. This allows you to transfer your data from Trively to another service provider if you wish. Upon request, we will provide your data in a format such as JSON or CSV, enabling seamless migration to a compatible platform.

You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data or to request that we restrict such processing in certain circumstances. For example, you may object to the use of your data for recommendation purposes or request that we limit processing while we verify the accuracy of your data. We will cease processing unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds.

If you believe that the processing of your personal data infringes applicable data protection regulations, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos — AEPD). The AEPD is the supervisory authority responsible for ensuring compliance with data protection laws in Spain. You can file a complaint through the AEPD's official website at www.aepd.es.
